Another week, and another plein air gathering at the Lafayette Bridge in St Paul.  Again we had a grand outing with new people joining us and great paintings happening.  We realized that the bridge we were painting, was recently sited as more dangerous than our bridge that collapsed in Mpls on 35W.  This bridge, as I was painting, was in a constant stream of heavy traffic.  Down below a single tugboat worked all day pushing barges up the river a small distance and then returning for his next load.  It was an awesome painting spot.  Here's my rendition.  Yikes plein air painting is Hard!!!!!
