It's been a while since I have written.  A lot has happened.  Good news is that two paintings were juried into the National Arts in Harmony Show in Elk River, MN.  This is an awesome experience to be there with artists representing all media.  The two paintings, were " Before Time" and "Street Cafe", both favorites of mine. Then, this week, I found out that" Artist at Work" painting was juried into the Red River Watercolor Society National Show.  I took a trip to Sedona and saw all the red rocks.  The trip was marred with a minor car accident that shook me up and later a fall injuring my knee so I did not leave with wonderful paintings of rocks.  It was also quite cold with some snow.  This month the MNWS society show opens and I have been accepted into that show as well with my rendition of a memory biking in the mountains called "Mountain Biker".  See the calendar for event times.  I also want to thank Mr Black for purchasing one of my paintings during our First Thursday at NKB, "Bee Loud Glade", a painting of William Yeats Poem, "The Lake Isle of Innisfree'. Mr B's encouragement is greatly appreciated.
